Registration of a private joint stock company

In order to be able to register and establish a  private joint-stock company, a set of documents and papers required for registration must be provided, which are as follows:

  • The registration application contains all the required information.
  • The decision issued by the Board of Directors to appoint the company manager / member of the Board of Directors (this decision must be officially documented by a notary public and certified).
  • A legal power of attorney through which the board member/manager is authorized (and the power of attorney must be officially documented by a notary public and certified).
  • The company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association (and the contract must be officially documented and certified by a notary public).
  • A form for the signature of the director / board member (the form must be officially documented and authenticated by a notary public).
  • A personal photo of the manager/management member with a white background.
  • Data on the share capital.
